Praise at the Park

Our church had a Praise in the Park service last night that included music, praise, worship, and baptism.  It was held at Stoney Creek Metropark and, thankfully, the weather cooperated.  It has been extremely hot here but last night it was overcast with a slight breeze that made it bearable.  Rob chose this service as an opportunity to get baptized.

Here's the baptismal candidates listening to a word from our pastor.

"Shall we gather at the river?"

Is he going to come back up?

Yes!, he did it.  I can't tell if he's smiling because Pastor Hal didn't hold him under or because he's been baptized.

Multi tasking fun

While making jam a couple of weeks back we also decided that it would be fun to plant some flowers.  In between the cooking stages we got to work in our yard.   The girls each got to pick out their own flowers and plants and they each got their own section of yard.

Finally, it was time to play!

Rob even joined in the fun

I have no idea what they are doing, and no desire to find out
